Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Yes, or for example, he sells to the shop owner and takes his money, and if he wishes, he buys from him or from someone else, and he buys from him if he wants.

The Shaykh : No, this is not appropriate.

The questioner : It is not appropriate.

The Shaykh : It is not appropriate if it is from the same gold owner, especially if there is prior collusion or an agreement that he will sell to him and buy from him, for this would be a stratagem. However, it is permissible if he sold to the shop owner and took the money, then went to look for another shop but it did not work out and he found nothing, and then returned to the first one; there is no harm in this, as Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) said.

The questioner : Yes, this message reached us from a listener. The sender is Abu Sa'ad al-Hadithi from Iraq, Anbar Governorate, Hadithah.
