Continuation of the explanation of the hadith of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) designated Dhul-Hulayfah as the miqat for the people of Madinah, and al-Juhfah for the people of the Levant.

or in the suburbs of Mecca or within Mecca, they should enter upon the state of Ihram at these very places. حتى أهل مكة يهلون منها
