The reciter: Chapter on what is done for a person in the state of ihram who dies. Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, saying: Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from 'Umar, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Sahih Muslim 1206a.
The Shaykh: This happened on the Day of 'Arafah. This man fell from his mount, and "fuqisa" means he died. So they came to ask the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): What should they do with him? So he guided them and said (peace and blessings be upon him):Sahih Muslim 1206a.
a person fell down from his camel (in a state of Ihram) and his neck was broken and he died. Thereupon Allah's Apostle. (ﷺ) said: Bathe him with water mixed with the leaves of the lote tree and shroud him in his two (pieces of) cloth (Ihbram), and do not cover his head for Allah will raise him on the Day of Resurrection Pronouncing Talbiya.
