If a pilgrim dies after 'Arafah, does his guardian perform Hajj on his behalf?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The answer is no, because he has fulfilled the obligation upon him. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the man whose camel fell on him at 'Arafah, he said to them (peace and blessings be upon him and his family):
Wash him with water and Sidr and shroud him in two pieces of cloth, and neither perfume him, nor cover his head, for he will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection saying, 'Labbaik,' (i.e. like a pilgrim). اغسلوه بماء وسدر وكفنوه في ثوبيه ولا تحنطوه ولا تخمروا رأسه فإنه يبعث يوم القيامة ملبياً
Sahih al-Bukhari 1265
and he did not say, "Complete it for him." Yes.
