Continuation of the discussion on love and its types?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Now, we mentioned that love pertains to people, it pertains to deeds, it pertains to attributes, and it pertains to places, such as the saying of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him):
The parts of land dearest to Allah are its mosques, and the parts most hateful to Allah are markets. أحب البقاع إلى الله مساجدها، وأبغض البقاع إلى الله أسواقها
Sahih Muslim 671
. And the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said about Makkah:
You are the most beloved of places to Allah. إنك لأحب البقاع إلى الله
This is where love pertains to places. As for times, one might cite as evidence for this the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than those ten days. ما من أيام العمل الصالح فيهن أحب إلى الله من هذه الأيام العشر
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 757Sahih (Darussalam)
meaning the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah. It may be said that this falls under the category of attaching love to the deed in this time, so the evidence is not established.
