What is the ruling on one who swears by other than Allah, claiming that he did not intend it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Now, some people swear by other than Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). When I tell them about it, they say, "This has become habitual on our tongues; we did not intend to swear by other than Allah."

The Shaykh : Yes, this applies to those who say that this is a matter of what passes on the tongue without intention. But it is a claim. It is said to them: "Straighten your tongue."
