Explanation of the Book of Purification-14

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Then he said: "And from 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), it is a mawquf report, and from Anas, it is a marfu' report:
When one of you performs wudu' and puts on his leather socks, let him wipe over them and pray in them, and not remove them if he wishes, except in the case of janabah إذا توضأ أحدكم ولبس خفيه فليمسح عليهما وليصل فيهما ولا يخلعهما إن شاء إلا من الجنابة
Sunan al-Bayhaqi 1:1219
Al-Daraqutni and Al-Hakim narrated it, and Al-Hakim graded it as sahih"
:
His statement:
When one of you performs wudu' إذا توضأ أحدكم
When is it true to say that a person has performed wudu'?
When he has completed his purity, when he has washed his face and his hands, wiped his head, and washed his feet, it is true that he has performed wudu'. Yes, it is true that he has performed wudu'.
And his statement:
Let him wipe over them and pray in them فليمسح عليهما وليصل فيهما
Sunan al-Bayhaqi 1:1219
The lam in these two actions is for command, and therefore the lam was silent because it occurred after the fa in the first sentence and after the waw in the second sentence, and the rest of the hadith is clear.
