Continuation of the benefits of the hadith: (Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Bilal to make the adhan in pairs...)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The adhan is for people who are in their homes. We said this because the iqamah is generally for those present, as it may be the iqamah for someone who is not in the mosque, as evidenced by the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family):
When you hear the Iqama, proceed to offer the prayer إذا سمعتم الإقامة فامشوا إلى الصلاة
Sahih al-Bukhari 636
Another difference between the adhan and the iqamah is that the mu'adhdhin prolongs the adhan because it is called for those far away, so he draws it out, whereas the iqamah is hastened, meaning he speeds through it, because the iqamah is generally for those nearby. Among the benefits is the prescription of saying:
The prayer has begun قد قامت الصلاة
If someone asks: Is this phrase an emphasis of the phrase:
Hasten to prayer حي على الصلاة

We said: No, because
Hasten to prayer حي على الصلاة
, even though they are present, refers to the spiritual aspect of prayer, meaning: Turn your hearts to the prayer just as your bodies are present. As for
The prayer has begun قد قامت الصلاة
, it indicates standing up for it. Therefore, the scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) differed on whether it is prescribed for the ma'mum to stand up if he is sitting from the moment the iqamah begins, or when he says: "Hasten to prayer," or when he says: "The prayer has begun," or when the imam says the takbirat al-ihram? There is disagreement on this, but the matter is broad in this regard. The matter is broad. The important thing is that they do not stand up until they see that the imam has come to pray, whether they stand at the beginning of the iqamah, or when he says: "Hasten to prayer," or when he says: "The prayer has begun," or when the imam says: "Allahu Akbar." However, the last option is the weakest. Why? Because he may miss the takbirat al-ihram. Therefore, one should prepare before that. Al-Nasa'i has:
Bilal was ordered by the Prophet (ﷺ). أمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بلالا
Bulugh al-Maram 2:38
This narration serves to clarify the agent in the phrase: Yes, it clarifies the commander in the phrase:
Ordered Bilal أمر بلال
.
