A continuation of the benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: “In order to question the truthful about their truthfulness”

The Shaykh : How? Because this questioning did not take place in this world, and there is nothing but a worldly life and an afterlife, so it necessarily follows from that the establishment of the Hereafter.
And among the benefits of the verse is that the questioning is not specific to the obstinate and the disbelievers, for even the truthful one is questioned about his truthfulness, as He said: From this benefit follows the obligation to be cautious and the obligation to prepare for this questioning; if the truthful one is questioned, what can be said about the liar? The reward of the liar is because the disbelievers are not questioned in a way that they are held accountable for, like the accountability of the people of good. Now, is the questioning here specific to the prophets (peace and blessings be upon them) or general? We said it is general, because the prophets mentioned are messengers, and every messenger must have someone to whom he is sent, and the messenger is undoubtedly truthful, so the division into truthful and untruthful applies to those to whom the message is sent.
And among the benefits of the noble verse is the establishment of recompense.
