The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: “((The established way of Allah in those who passed away before, and the command of Allah is a decree that is destined))”

I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Ahzab: 38]. One of the benefits of this noble verse is that what Allah prescribed for His Messenger in this verse is prescribed for those who came before him, based on His saying:
It may also be derived from this that the legislation of those before us is legislation for us, because Allah made this the established way of the predecessors. However, there is a dispute regarding this, and it is said that Allah clarified that what He prescribed for His Prophet, or what He removed of hardship from him in what was made obligatory for him, is the established way of those before him, but this does not mean that they must agree with him.
And among the benefits of this noble verse is that the command of Allah has been written and decreed, based on His saying: Is the intended meaning of "command" here the cosmic decree or the legislative decree? It is the cosmic decree.
