The claim that the meaning of the words of Allah is His decrees and His wonders

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q3: I listened to the program (Youth of the Qur'an) on the Holy Qur'an Radio on the afternoon of 11/2/1422 AH, and the presenter of the program was Mr. (K.R). When it was the turn of the fourth student in the session, whose name is (B.H), the professor (M.M.H) asked him about the meaning of: (the words of Allah) , and the student said: (His decrees and His wonders), so they ruled that his answer was correct, and I was surprised by that. And it occurred to me that this is from the book (Words of the Qur'an: Exegesis and Explanation) by the Shaykh Hasanin Muhammad Makhluf - may Allah have mercy on him - , and that is because
it is circulated and widespread in the hands of male and female students in the memorization circles and their schools, so I returned to the exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
Say, "If the sea were ink for [writing] the words of my Lordقُلْ لَوْ كَانَ الْبَحْرُ مِدَادًا لِكَلِمَاتِ رَبِّي
[Al-Kahf 18:109]
in the aforementioned book, and I found that he had interpreted it as His decrees and His wonders or His knowledge. I hope for your information and guidance, may Allah preserve you, regarding this.

A3: Interpreting the words of Allah as His decrees and His wonders is an invalid answer that aligns with the doctrine of the Jahmiyyah and the Mu'tazilah who say: that the speech of Allah is created, and the correct thing to say is: the words of Allah the Exalted are His saying and His speaking with cosmic and legislative command and prohibition, as He the Exalted said:
His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is.إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ
[Ya-Sin 36:82]
, and His speech is among His essential and active attributes by which He continues to be described eternally and forever. This is the doctrine of the people of the Sunnah and the community .
