Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Then Allah the Exalted said:
It is He who confers blessing upon you, and His angels [ask Him to do so] that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful.
[Al-Ahzab: 43]. Among the benefits of this noble verse is the virtue of faith, and that it is the cause of Allah and His angels praising His servant. Where is this taken from? From His saying:
It is He who confers blessing upon you
[Al-Ahzab 33:43]
after He said:
O you who have believed
[Al-Baqarah 2:104]
.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the affirmation of speech for Allah Mighty and Majestic. Where is this taken from? From His saying:
sends prayers يُصَلِّي
, because prayer is the praise of the servant in the highest assembly.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the love of Allah for the believers and the love of the angels for them. Where is this taken from? From the praise of them and the prayer upon them, for whoever loves you praises you, and whoever hates you disparages you.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is that it is obligatory upon us, indeed it is required of us, to love Allah Mighty and Majestic and His angels. Why? Because of the favor and kindness they have for us, for they send prayers upon us, and this necessitates that we love them.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the affirmation of the angels, based on His saying:
and His angels وملائكته
.
And from it is the virtue of the angels. Where is this taken from?
The student: ...?

The Shaykh : No.
The student: ...
The Shaykh : No safety
The student: ...
The Shaykh :
and His angels وملائكته
The attribution is for honor and respect, so in it is the virtue of the angels, because Allah attributed them to them.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the affirmation of causes and wisdoms in the actions of Allah, or for the actions of Allah, based on His saying:
that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light
[Al-Ahzab 33:43]
.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is that ignorance and disbelief are injustice, based on His saying:
from darknesses into the light
[Al-Baqarah 2:257]
. And Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, association [with him] is great injustice." إِنَّ الشِّرْكَ لَظُلْمٌ عَظِيمٌ
[Luqman: 13]. And He said:
And is one who was dead and We gave him life and made for him light by which to walk among the people like one who is in darkness
[Al-An'am 6:122]
, meaning in ignorance,
never to emerge therefrom
[Al-An'am: 122].
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the virtue of the believers, and that they have a special mercy with Allah the Exalted, based on His saying:
And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful.
[Al-Ahzab 33:43]
, thus.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the exhortation to faith and the encouragement of it. Where is this taken from? From His saying:
And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful.
[Al-Ahzab 33:43]
. For Allah did not inform us here in this noble verse merely to know that Allah is Merciful to the believers, but rather so that we may be exposed to this special mercy and be among those who are the believers. Yes,
And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful.
[Al-Ahzab 33:43]
.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the affirmation of mercy for Allah, based on His saying:
And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful.
[Al-Ahzab 33:43]
.
Among its benefits is the refutation of the Asha'irah and those like them who deny the attribute of mercy for Allah, based on His saying:
and He was وَكَانَ
. So the pronoun in His saying
Was كان
refers to whom? To Allah. And "the Merciful" is the predicate of a subject, so it is His attribute.
