Discussion of the saying of Allah the Exalted: “And those who disbelieved say, ‘The Hour will not come upon us.’ Say, ‘Yes, by my Lord, it will surely come upon you.’”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
But those who disbelieve say, "The Hour will not come to us." وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لا تَأْتِينَا السَّاعَةُ
[Saba 34:3]
Where is the quoted speech in the word “say”?
Also, before deriving the benefits, Allah commanded His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to swear here that the Hour will come to them. Is there a parallel to this in the Qur'an?
The student: .......

The Shaykh : No, the oaths are on this same meaning; the oaths are regarding this meaning.
The student:
Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected زَعَمَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَنْ لَنْ يُبْعَثُوا قُلْ بَلَى وَرَبِّي لَتُبْعَثُنَّ
[At-Taghabun 64:7]
.

The Shaykh :
then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allah, is easy." ثُمَّ لَتُنَبَّؤُنَّ بِمَا عَمِلْتُمْ وَذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ
[Al-Taghabun: 7].
Is there a third place where Allah also commanded His Prophet to swear by it?
The student: ....

The Shaykh : No, Allah commanded His Prophet to swear.
The student:
And they ask you, “Is it the truth?” وَيَسْتَنْبِئُونَكَ أَحَقٌّ هُوَ
.

The Shaykh :
Say, "Yes, by my Lord. Indeed, it is truth; and you will not cause failure [to Allah]." قُلْ إِي وَرَبِّي إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ وَمَا أَنْتُمْ بِمُعْجِزِينَ
[Yunus: 53].
