Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: ((Say: Yes, and by my Lord, it will surely come to you))

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Allah Mighty and Majestic says:
Say: Yes, and by my Lord, it will surely come to you
Yes بلى
This is brought forth to refute the denial.
Say: Yes, and by my Lord, it will surely come to you
Allah commanded the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to proclaim the opposite of what they said, affirming it with the oath, the letter lam, and the letter nun.
And by my Lord, it will surely come to you وَرَبِّي لَتَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ
I said:
Yes بلى
This is a response to refute the denial.
And by my Lord وربي
The oath, the letter lam for emphasis, and the letter nun also for emphasis, so the sentence is affirmed by three affirmations.
It will surely come to you لتأتينكم
Meaning the Hour, and this is one of the three places where Allah commanded His Prophet to swear. The second place is:
And they ask information of you, [O Muhammad], "Is it true?" Say, "Yes, by my Lord. Indeed, it is truth وَيَسْتَنْبِئُونَكَ أَحَقٌّ هُوَ قُلْ إِي وَرَبِّي إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ
[Yunus:53] And the third place is His saying, the Exalted:
Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allah, is easy."
[Al-Taghabun:7] And Allah the Exalted commanded His Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) to swear to that because of its importance and its greatness, and because it is the requirement of eloquence. For the requirement of eloquence is that what is denied is addressed with speech affirmed by one, two, or three affirmations according to what the context requires. And because of the importance of this topic, Allah commanded His Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) to swear to it. If you ask, what is the benefit of the oath? As for one who denies, because if you denied him without an oath, you denied him with an oath, so what is the benefit? The answer is from two aspects:
The first aspect: That this is the requirement of the Arabic language, that news is affirmed by types of affirmations.
The second: That the affirmation indicates that the speaker is certain of it, with the same certainty as what he swore by. He is certain of this thing he swore to with the same certainty as what he swore by. Just as we are certain of Allah Mighty and Majestic regarding His existence and His perfection, we are also certain of what he swore to, which is the coming of the Hour. He said:
Say: Yes, and by my Lord, it will surely come to you
