Commentary on Tafsir al-Jalalayn: (( Say, Yes )) you will be resurrected (( while you are in a state of humiliation )) abased.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Therefore, the author specified this in his statement "you will be resurrected," meaning that you will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection after you were dust and bones. However, you will not be resurrected as you are in this world in honor and luxury, but rather
and you are in a state of humiliation وأنتم داخرون
abased. The phrase here is a circumstantial clause describing the subject of the omitted verb implied by the answer, or the passive subject of the verb implied after the answer: "Yes, you will be resurrected while you are in a state of humiliation." "Dakhiran" means humiliation and servility, meaning that they will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection in a state of humiliation, not as they were in this world. As Allah the Exalted said:
And you will see them being exposed to the Fire, humbled from humiliation, looking from [behind] a covert glance. وتراهم يعرضون عليها خاشعين من الذل ينظرون من طرف خفي
[Ash-Shuraa 42:45]
After one of them used to turn his eyes as he pleased in this world, they will look from a hidden corner in the Hereafter, filled with shame, disgrace, and humiliation, and may Allah protect us from that. You will be resurrected while you are in a state of humiliation.
