O you who have believed, it is not lawful for you to inherit women by compulsion يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا يحل لكم أن ترثوا النساء كرها ...
[An-Nisa 4:19]
We have previously mentioned that when an address begins with a call, it is evidence of its importance and the care taken with it. We have also previously mentioned that if it begins with this description,
O you who have believed يا أيها الذين آمنوا
[Al-Baqarah 2:104]
it is evidence that complying with it is among the implications of faith.
