"
Indeed, for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, We have made pleasing to them their deeds إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالآخِرَةِ زَيَّنَّا لَهُمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ
[Surat al-Naml:4] the ugly ones by combining them with desire until they saw them as good
So they are blind فَهُمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
[Surat al-Naml:4] they are bewildered by them because of their ugliness in our view "
.
those who do not believe in the Hereafter إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالآخِرَةِ
[Surat al-Naml:4] meaning: they do not believe in them, that is what we say
The student: They do not believe in them

The Shaykh : Because one who does not believe cannot possibly accept and submit. Now, if they believe in them but do not accept and do not submit, it is the same thing.
So:
who disbelieve in the Hereafter لا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالآخِرَةِ
[Surat al-Naml:4] includes the negation of belief, the negation of acceptance, and the negation of submission, and I think you know the difference between acceptance and submission.
For example, I accept that this matter is obligatory and I believe it is obligatory, but I do not do it. What is missing? Submission. As for not accepting, one rejects it, saying this is not obligatory and we do not acknowledge it as a duty. As for disbelief, it is absolute denial.
