The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: << قل أرأيتم إن جعل الله عليكم النهار سرمدا . . . . . . . >

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
And Allah the Exalted said:
Say, "Have you considered: if Allah should make for you the day continuous until the Day of Resurrection, what deity other than Allah could bring you a night in which you may rest? Then will you not see?"
[Al-Qasas 28:72]
From this verse, one derives what is derived from the verse before it, except that it contains an addition, which is the clarification of the grace of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). From this verse, one derives what is derived from the previous one in the matters in which they agree.
Among these is the clarification of the grace of Allah the Exalted in the night, which He made a place of rest, as He said:
a night in which you may rest بليل تسكنون فيه
[Al-Qasas 28:72]
.
Among these is that sleeping at night is more beneficial for the body than sleeping during the day, where Allah made the night a place of rest and its time, and this is an observed fact.
Among these is the exhortation to reflect upon the signs of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He), as He said:
Do you not see? أفلا تبصرون
Because this implies an exhortation for the human being to reflect upon what Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) has placed in these signs, so that he may use them as evidence for the perfection of the Creator's power, whereas the clarification of Allah's power and the like of that has already been mentioned.
We begin a new lesson. Allah the Exalted said:
and from His mercy ومن رحمته
Yes.
