The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: << و ليعلمن الله الذين ءامنوا و ليعلمن المنافقين >

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
And He will surely know the hypocrites وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ
[al-'Ankabut:11] He will reward both groups. Now, let us take some benefits from this.
Among the benefits of the verse, in His saying:
And Allah will surely know فليعلمنَّ الله
, is that the wisdom of the trial is to distinguish the believer from the hypocrite.
Another benefit is the establishment of the reality of hypocrisy, based on His saying:
And He will surely know the hypocritesوَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ
.
Another benefit is that the hypocrites are not believers. Where do we derive this from? He made them a counterpart to the believers; He made the hypocrites a counterpart to them, and the counterpart of a thing is its opposite.
Another benefit is the establishment of the knowledge of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) of what is in the hearts.
Another benefit is that the locus of faith is the heart, not the limbs. If it were in the limbs, the hypocrites would be believers. The locus of faith is the heart.
