Allah the Exalted said: << وليحملن أثقالهم وأثقالا مع أثقالهم وليسئلن يوم القيامة عما كانوا يفترون >

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
He said:
But they will surely carry their [own] burdens and [other] burdens along with their burdens
[al-'Ankabut:13]
And they will surely carry
Who is the doer? The callers and the called, the callers
And they will surely carry
and this sentence is affirmed by the oath, the lam, and the nun
Their weights
their burdens " meaning the punishment for sins, and the burdens were called weights because they weigh down -may Allah protect us- their owner. And his saying:
Their weights
Does the pronoun in
Theyهم
refer to the callers or to the called? To the callers, meaning that these callers will carry the weights of themselves, and also
[other] burdens along with their burdens
[Al-'Ankabut 29:13]
What are the other weights? The weights of their calling. Allah the Exalted said:
That they may bear their own burdens in full on the Day of Resurrection and some of the burdens of those whom they misguide without knowledge. Unquestionably, evil is that which they bear.
[al-Nahl:25] So they carry their weights in full, but as for the weights of the called, they do not carry them in full; if they carried them in full, nothing would remain for the called. And for this reason, here it says:
[other] burdens along with their burdens
[Al-'Ankabut 29:13]
weights, with the indefinite article, and in the second verse it says:
and some of the burdens of those whom they misguide
[An-Nahl 16:25]
And that is because the caller does not bear the burden of the called in full; if he bore it in full, nothing would remain for the called, but rather it is for this and for that, may Allah protect us,
[other] burdens along with their burdens
[Al-'Ankabut 29:13]
for their calling to misguidance, and whoever calls to misguidance has like the burden of whoever acted upon it, without anything being deducted from their burdens,
[other] burdens along with their burdens
[Al-'Ankabut 29:13]
for their saying to the believers:
Follow our path
and their misleading their followers."
Who are the followers? Those who followed them, because the disbelievers are both those who exert effort and followers, meaning leaders and followers, or not? Allah the Exalted said:
And We made them leaders inviting to the Fire
[al-Qasas:41] And does the imam have a congregation or not? Or does he have people who follow him? So the disbelievers have leaders and they have followers, and these followers, the leaders carry from their burdens what they bear, and likewise from the burdens of those they call without knowledge. But if they call a person and he does not follow them, then they carry only the burden of the calling, not the burden of the act, and the reason is that there is no act, there is no act.
[other] burdens along with their burdens, and they will surely be questioned on the Day of Resurrection about what they used to invent.
[al-'Ankabut:13]
they will surely be asked لَيُسْأَلُنَّ
Who asks them? Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He,
on the Day of Resurrection يوم القيامة
meaning in the Hereafter. And it has been mentioned previously that it was named so for three reasons: the rising of people from their graves, the establishment of justice, and the rising of the witnesses. For the witnesses will rise on that day, and justice will be established, and people will rise from their graves.
The student: The witnesses...

The Shaykh : The witnesses are the messengers, peace and blessings be upon them, and also the scholars other than the messengers, and also the skins and tongues.
and they will surely be questioned on the Day of Resurrection about what they used to invent.
[Al-'Ankabut 29:13]
What does
fabricateيفترون
mean? They lie about Allah because they said:
Follow our way, and we will carry your sins.
[al-'Ankabut:12] And they are liars in this, yes or no? Liars, so they will be asked about this lie. And likewise every deceiver who calls to his falsehood with lies will be asked about this speech.
about what they used to invent.
[Al-'Ankabut 29:13]
The author said: A question of rebuke. " Or a question of inquiry? A question of rebuke, yes, a question of rebuke so that they will acknowledge.
Every time a company is thrown into it, its keepers ask them, "Did there not come to you a warner?"
[Al-Mulk 67:8]
What is the answer?
(9) They will say," Yes, a warner had come to us, but we denied and said, 'Allah has not sent down anything. You are not but in great error.'" (10) And they will say, "If only we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze." (11) And they will admit their sin, so [it is] alienation for the companions of the Blaze.
[Al-Mulk 67:9-11]
The author said: "
And the lam in the two verbs is the lam of oath, and its doer, the waw, and the nun of raising were deleted. " The lam in the two verbs, where is it?
and they will surely carry their burdens وَلَيَحْمِلُنَّ أَثْقَالَهُمْ
And the second one
and they will surely be asked ولَيُسْأَلُنَّ
So the lam is the lam of oath, and the oath is implied, and the nun is for affirmation, so it became affirmed by how many? By three. And the doer of both, the waw and the nun of raising, were deleted."
Why was the nun of raising deleted?
The student: ...

The Shaykh : No, there is no jussive. For the succession of similar forms, he says: For the succession of similar forms, because three nuns came together and all of them are extra, which is not possible, so the first nun was deleted for the succession of similar forms. And the nun of affirmation was not deleted because it was brought for a meaning, so the deletion was for the nun of raising, which is customary to be deleted. And you know that the five verbs have their nun deleted obligatorily in the state of accusative and jussive, and permissibly frequently in the state of negation, and permissibly rarely in the state of affirmation. Yes, good. Why was the waw deleted?
The student: For lightening.

The Shaykh : For lightening? Wrong.
The student: For the meeting of two static letters.

The Shaykh : Where are the two static letters? The beginning of the shaddah nun is static and the waw is static, so the waw was deleted for the meeting of two static letters. So the nun of raising was deleted for the succession of similar forms, and the waw was deleted for the meeting of two static letters, on the basis of the saying of Imam Malik in the Kafiyyah: "Read, O Abdullah! You are young! And you, O Husayn!" We repeated it several times. Who memorizes the verse?
The student: If two static letters meet, break what precedes.

The Shaykh : .... If two static letters meet, break what precedes, and if it is a soft letter, its deletion is deserved.
Yes, how many times have you read this this week? If two static letters meet, break what precedes.
Those who disbelieved
[al-Bayyinah:1] We broke it. And if it is a soft letter, its deletion is deserved. The soft letter is the waw or the alif or the yaa, so they deserve deletion, so its deletion is deserved... even if... as long as this is an important rule... Yes, no, no. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was cautious and said
without that detracting from their reward in the slightest
Sunan Ibn Majah 1746Sahih (Darussalam)
...... Yes, they fall into this... it will come, if Allah wills, in the benefits. We will mention these in the benefits, if Allah wills, in the next lesson.
The student: O Shaykh, the rule regarding obedience to parents.

The Shaykh : The rule: That it not be in disobedience to Allah, and that it be from excellence toward them, yes, and that there be no harm to them...
