Reading from the author's text with commentary and collation of manuscripts: "The fifth aspect of the Sunnah: that the land of the Arabs still had Jews and Christians in it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: "The fifth aspect of the Sunnah is that the land of the Arabs still had Jews in it"

The Shaykh : Yes
The student: ...

The Shaykh : The fifth... the third aspect
The student: The fourth.

The Shaykh : The fourth aspect is correct
The reader: I have a reference to it

The Shaykh : And what does it say
The reader: "In the printed edition, the fourth aspect of the Sunnah is mentioned, and I think it is an error by the one who supervised the printing, Shaykh Muhammad Hamid al-Faqi (may Allah have mercy on him). For the author had previously mentioned the fourth aspect, and perhaps Shaykh Hamid made a mistake and confused the aspects of evidence from the hadith of the two girls, where the author mentioned three aspects from it, then he mentioned the fifth aspect of the Sunnah and explained the aspects of evidence from the Sunnah, because they overlap. Perhaps this confusion came from the manuscript from which the printed edition was printed, and Allah knows best."

The Shaykh : Yes, the evidence is present: the first, the second, the third. Yes, the fourth aspect says this is the fifth aspect. The fourth was two pages ago. What did not come in the two Sahihs from 'A'ishah
She said: Abu Bakr entered upon her, and I had two girls قالت دخل عليها أبو بكر وعندي جاريتين
So the fifth aspect
The reader: "No, the fifth aspect of the Sunnah is that the land of the Arabs still had Jews and Christians in it, until 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) expelled them during his caliphate. The Jews were numerous in al-Madinah during the life of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he had made a truce with them until they broke the covenant, one group after another. Jews remained in al-Madinah, even if they were not numerous, for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) died while his armor was pledged to a Jew. There were many Jews in Yemen, and Christians in Najran and other places, and the Persians in al-Bahrain. It is known that these people had festivals they observed, and it is also known that the factors that motivate what is done on a festival—such as eating, drinking, clothing, adornment, play, rest, and the like—exist in the hearts of all people if there is no preventer, especially in the hearts of children and women, and most of the idle people."
The student : Shaykh

The Shaykh : Yes
The student: The time for questions has come.

The Shaykh : Yes, indeed.

The questioner : May Allah reward you. It is as if the Muslims' festival helps them in it, and even...

The Shaykh : So the fifth. Read the fifth... Yes
