Reading from the author's words with commentary on them and collating the manuscripts: "Chapter: And among the reprehensible matters in this chapter are all the festivals and seasons that have been innovated

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: "Chapter: And among the reprehensible matters in this chapter are all the festivals and seasons that have been innovated, for they are among the disliked reprehensible matters, whether the dislike reaches the level of prohibition or not. This is because the festivals of the People of the Book and the non-Arabs are prohibited for two reasons
The first is that they involve imitating the disbelievers
And the second is that they are among the innovations. So whatever is innovated in terms of seasons and festivals is reprehensible, even if it does not involve imitating"

The Shaykh : In it, in it, about
The reader: I have it in it, O Shaykh

The Shaykh : In it, he indicated to it with the masculine
The reader: He did not indicate to it, O Shaykh

The Shaykh : Put it in a copy
The reader: "And if it is not, so whatever is innovated in terms of seasons and festivals is reprehensible, even if it does not involve imitating the People of the Book, for two reasons
The first is that it falls under the description of newly invented innovations, and thus falls under what Muslim narrated in his Sahih from Jabir that he said
When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would deliver a sermon, his eyes would redden, his voice would rise, and his anger would intensify until he was as if warning an army. He would say: "May your morning and evening be well," and he would say: "I and the Hour have been sent, and he would join his two fingers, the index and the middle," and he would say: "As for what follows, the best of speech is the Book of Allah, the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad, and the worst of matters are their innovations, and every innovation is misguidance."
And in a narration by al-Nasa'i
and every going astray is in the Fire
Sunan an-Nasa'i 1578Sahih (Darussalam)

And in what he also narrated in the Sahih from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said
He who did any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, that is to be rejected.
Sahih Muslim 1718b
And in a wording in the two Sahihs
'A'isha reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: He who innovates things in our affairs for which there is no valid (reason) (commits sin) and these are to be rejected.
Sahih Muslim 1718a

And in the authentic hadith narrated by the people of the Sunan "

The Shaykh : The first wording
He who did any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, that is to be rejected.
Sahih Muslim 1718b
is approximately the meaning of the second, but the first is explicit in the description and the second is explicit in the act itself. The first is doing a deed for which there is no command from us, meaning it is defective and not according to the prescribed description. The second is not prescribed from the origin. And each one, when considered alone, includes the other. So whoever does a deed for which there is no command from Allah and His Messenger, neither in its essence nor in its attributes, it is rejected by its doer. Yes.
