Reading from the author's words with commentary on them and collating the manuscripts: "Chapter: And it may happen that in the noble day, along with the newly introduced practical festival, a spatial festival occurs, which intensifies the ugliness of this and becomes a departure from the Shari'ah. Among the things that are done on the Day of 'Arafah, for which I am not aware of any disagreement among Muslims regarding the prohibition of it, is the intention to visit the grave of some person about whom one has a good opinion on the Day of 'Arafah, and the great gathering at his grave, as is done in some lands of the East and the West, and the declaration of that place as a festival, as is done at 'Arafah. For this is a type of the innovated Hajj that Allah has not prescribed, and an imitation of the Hajj that Allah has prescribed, and taking graves as festivals. And likewise is the travel to Bayt al-Maqdis for the declaration of a festival there, for this is also clear misguidance. For visiting Bayt al-Maqdis is recommended and prescribed for praying in it and performing i'tikaf, and it is one of the three mosques to which journeys are made. But the intention to visit it during the days of Hajj is the disliked thing, for that is specifying a certain time for visiting Bayt al-Maqdis, and there is no special status for visiting it at this time over other times. And in it is also an imitation of the Hajj to al-Masjid al-Haram and likening it to the Ka'bah. For this reason, it has led to what no Muslim doubts is another Shari'ah, other than the Shari'ah of Islam, and that is what some of the misguided may do, such as circumambulating the Rock, or shaving the head there, or intending to perform rites there. And likewise is what some of the misguided do, such as circumambulating the dome by Mount al-Rahmah at 'Arafah, as the Ka'bah is circumambulated. As for gathering in this season to recite songs or beat the hand drum at al-Masjid al-Aqsa and the like, it is among the ugliest of what is wrong from other aspects. Among them is doing that in the mosque, for that contains what is prohibited outside the mosques, so how about al-Masjid al-Aqsa? And among them is taking falsehood as religion. And among them is doing it in the season."

The reader: "Chapter: And it may happen that in the noble day, along with the newly introduced practical festival, a spatial festival occurs, which intensifies the ugliness of this and becomes a departure from the Shari'ah. For this is a type of the innovated Hajj that Allah has not prescribed, and an imitation of the Hajj that Allah has prescribed, and taking graves as festivals. And likewise is the travel to Bayt al-Maqdis"

The Shaykh : This which the Shaykh (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned exists if on the Day of 'Arafah they perform Hajj to this grave, the grave of the wali (close friend of Allah), and gather at it and call upon Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He), and they make this day and name this a declaration of a festival like the declaration of the pilgrims at 'Arafah. Yes, that is correct.
The reader: "And likewise is the travel to Bayt al-Maqdis for the declaration of a festival there, for this is also clear misguidance. For visiting Bayt al-Maqdis is recommended and prescribed for praying in it and performing i'tikaf, and it is one of the three mosques to which journeys are made. The Shaykh : Rites means slaughter. The intended meaning of rites here is slaughter, meaning they slaughter there and circumambulate the Rock and shave their heads. Yes.
The reader: "And likewise is what some of the misguided do, such as circumambulating the dome by Mount al-Rahmah at 'Arafah, as the Ka'bah is circumambulated. As for gathering in this season"

The Shaykh : This dome, and praise be to Allah, was demolished a long time ago, but its traces remain now on the mountain called Mount al-Rahmah. The correct view is that it is called Mount 'Arafah, because it has not come in the Sunnah or in the speech of the Companions, as far as we know, that they named it Mount al-Rahmah, but it is found in the books of the jurists. Yes.
The reader: "As for gathering in this season to recite songs or beat the hand drum at al-Masjid al-Aqsa and the like, it is among the ugliest of what is wrong from other aspects. Among them is doing that in the mosque, for that contains what is prohibited outside the mosques"

The Shaykh : For that
The reader: "For that contains what is prohibited outside the mosques, so how about al-Masjid al-Aqsa"

The Shaykh : Do you have it? All of you?
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Yes, it is among what is prohibited. This is the correct view. Yes, confirming. Yes.
The reader: "For that is among what is prohibited outside the mosques, so how about al-Masjid al-Aqsa. And among them is taking falsehood as religion. And among them is doing it in the season"
