Reading from the author's words, with commentary and collation of manuscripts: "And shirk (associating partners with Allah) and all other religious innovations are based on lying and fabrication, and for this reason

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: "And shirk (associating partners with Allah) and all other religious innovations are based on lying and fabrication, and for this reason, whoever is further from tawhid (the oneness of Allah) and the Sunnah, the closer he is to shirk (associating partners with Allah), innovation, and fabrication, such as the Rafidah (the Twelver Shi'ah), who are the most lying of the sects of the people of innovation, and the greatest of them in shirk (associating partners with Allah); there is no one among the people of innovation more lying than them, nor further from tawhid (the oneness of Allah) than them, to the extent that they destroy the mosques of Allah in which His name is mentioned, depriving them of congregational and Friday prayers, and they build up the shrines on the graves, which Allah and His Messenger forbade adopting, and Allah, Glorified and Exalted, in His Book only commanded the building up of mosques, not shrines, so He, the Exalted, said:
And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allah from being mentioned in His mosques and strive toward their destruction
[Al-Baqarah 2:114]
And He did not say: shrines of Allah. And He, the Exalted, said:
Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord has ordered justice and that you maintain yourselves [in worship of Him] at every place [or time] of prostration قل أمر ربي بالقسط وأقيموا وجوهكم عند كل مسجدٍ
[Al-A'raf 7:29]
And He did not say: toward every shrine. And He, the Exalted, said:
It is not for the polytheists to maintain the mosques of Allah [while] witnessing against themselves with disbelief
[At-Tawbah 9:17]
up to His saying:
The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish prayer and give zakah and do not fear except Allah, for it is expected that those will be of the [rightly] guided.
[At-Tawbah 9:18]
And He did not say: shrines of Allah.
Rather, the shrines are only maintained by those who fear other than Allah, and hope in other than Allah; they are not maintained except by one in whom there is a type of shirk (associating partners with Allah). And Allah, the Exalted, said:
and mosques in which the name of Allah is much mentioned
[Al-Hajj 22:40]
And He, the Exalted, said:
(36) [Such niches are] in mosques which Allah has ordered to be raised and that His name be mentioned therein; exalting Him within them in the morning and the evenings (37) [Are] men whom neither commerce nor sale distracts from the remembrance of Allah and performance of prayer and giving of zakah. They fear a Day in which the hearts and eyes will [fearfully] turn about - (38) That Allah may reward them [according to] the best of what they did and increase them from His bounty. And Allah gives provision to whom He wills without account.
[An-Nur 24:36-38]
. And He, the Exalted, said:
And [He revealed] that the masjids are for Allah, so do not invoke with Allah anyone.
[Al-Jinn 72:18]
And He did not say: that the shrines are for Allah"
.

The Shaykh : That is the end, yes, we stop here, this discussion, and we are about to finish it.
So, He gives provision to whom He wills without limit. His statement regarding the Rafidah (the Twelver Shi'ah) is very strong in this place, "who are the most lying of the sects of the people of innovation and the greatest of them in shirk (associating partners with Allah)", and he spoke the truth, may Allah have mercy on him. They do not establish congregational prayers in the mosques at all, because they say: prayer is not valid except behind an infallible imam, and the infallible imam has not yet come, so they do not establish congregational or Friday prayers.
