These verses are regarding the will. He says: "We believe that He, the Exalted[Hud 11:107]" [Hud 11:107] So whatever He, Mighty and Majestic, wills, He does; nothing is impossible for Him. Is the created being the Doer of what He wills? No. He may will something and be unable to do it, or he may will it while having the ability, but something prevents him from doing it. So the created being is not the Doer of what He wills. The Lord, Mighty and Majestic, is the Doer of what He wills; whatever He wills, He does. Is He asked about what He does? Allah, the Exalted, said: And the meaning of is that everything He does is for a wisdom, so you do not need to say He did it in vain, but rather it is for a wisdom. And for that reason, He is not asked about what He does. As for the other doers, they are asked: "Why did you do this?" They say: "I did it for such and such." And that purpose may be blameworthy. So, [Hud 11:107]
