And upon his family and his Companions: Al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

The reciter: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions: Al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
Musaddad narrated to us, saying: Yahya narrated to us from Shu'bah from Qatadah from Anas ibn Malik, who said: I will tell you a hadith that no one will tell you after me. I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say:

The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. His statement: "Among" is for partiality, and it is a fronted predicate, while "that knowledge will decrease" is a delayed subject, meaning the decrease. And "the signs of the Hour" means its indicators, and what is intended are its near indicators, because the Hour has near signs, intermediate signs, and preceding signs. That knowledge will decrease and ignorance will become apparent, and ignorance will be the prevailing state among people, such that you will hardly find in a tribe a scholar to whom they refer regarding the religion of Allah. And fornication will become apparent, may Allah protect us from it. "Fornication will become apparent" means the act of fornication. It is well known that the proliferation of the causes of fornication and their prevalence is a cause for its increase. What is seen now in some magazines, and what is also seen in the visual media, in videos and external televisions, and so on, all of this is an inducement to fornication. It is feared that fornication will become widespread in the Ummah, may Allah protect us from it. We have previously explained the meaning of fornication: committing the lewd act in the front or the back is forbidden.
And that women will increase. The increase of women can carry two meanings. The first meaning is birth. The One who creates males and females is Allah (Mighty and Majestic), as Allah the Exalted said: . This is two types: meaning two types, He gives humans males and females. This is the fourth category. So the matter is with Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in that regard. It is possible that the meaning is that Allah makes women more numerous, meaning that those born to women are more than those born to men. It is also possible that this is an allusion to wars and trials that grind men down until no men remain, may Allah protect us from it, and until one man is in charge of fifty women. One man corresponds to fifty women, meaning the ratio is one to fifty-one. Meaning the ratio of men will be one to... to how many? To fifty-one. This is among the signs of the Hour. So both possibilities are valid: either Allah increases the offspring of women, or trials and wars increase and grind down men until only women remain. Undoubtedly, the turmoil (haraj) that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) spoke of—and haraj means killing in the language of the Abyssinians—the turmoil he mentioned now exists in many places. There is much killing, and a person does not know for what he was killed, and the killer does not know for what he killed. Trials, surging, may Allah protect us from it, like the waves of the sea. Yes.
