Is it not permissible that His saying, Blessed and Exalted is He: “Indeed, they were the losers,” refers to the Day of Resurrection, in the same sense as His saying, the Exalted: “The command of Allah has come, so do not ask for its hastening”?

The student: Shaykh, may Allah reward you, is it not permissible that His saying, Blessed and Exalted is He:
Indeed, they [all] were losers. إنهم كانوا خاسرين
[Fussilat 41:25]
refers to the Day of Resurrection, in the same sense as His saying, the Exalted:
The command of Allah is coming, so be not impatient for it أتى أمر الله فلا تستعجلُوه
[An-Nahl 16:1]
?

The Shaykh : No,
The command of Allah has come, so do not ask for its hasteningأتى أمر الله فلا تستعجلوه
Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 48:366
had it not been for the fact that He said:
So do not ask for its hasteningفلا تستعجلوه
it would have been understood according to its apparent meaning. The time has ended.
