One who has left making up fasts for a long period

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: I am fifty years old, and I have missed fasting for fifteen days following the birth of one of my children 27 years ago. I was unable to make them up in that year. Should I make them up at this time? And is there a sin on me? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer: You must repent to Allah for this delay, and you must make up the days mentioned, along with feeding one poor person for each day half a sa' (a dry measure of about 3 kg) of the local staple food, which is approximately one and a half kilograms.
