The Shaykh : Then he said: "And included, likewise, in what we mentioned of faith in Him—meaning in Allah—and in His books, His angels, and His messengers". Where is the subject? "Faith that the believers will see Him on the Day of Resurrection" to the end of it.
His statement: "Included, likewise, in what we mentioned of faith in Allah". The way in which faith that the believers will see Him on the Day of Resurrection is a form of faith in Allah is clear, because this is something about which Allah has informed us. So if we believe in it, it is part of faith in Allah, is that right? Good.
"And in His books": The way in which it is part of faith in the books is that the books informed that Allah is seen, so believing in that is believing in the books.
"And His angels": Meaning, if someone were to ask: What is the connection between the angels and people seeing their Lord? We say: Because that was conveyed through the medium of Jibril, through the medium of the angels, so faith that Allah is seen is part of faith in the angels.
And likewise we say: It is part of faith in the messengers, because the messengers are the ones who conveyed that to the creation, so faith in that is part of faith in the messengers. Is that clear, everyone? Good.
"Faith that the believers will see Him on the Day of Resurrection with their own eyes". They will see Him on the Day of Resurrection, and the details of that will come later. "With their own eyes", meaning: direct observation, and direct observation—O Muhammad—is seeing with the eye.
He says: "As they see the sun on a clear day, with no". In my opinion: with it, or below it?
The student: Below it.

The Shaykh : The correct wording is "with no clouds below it," with no clouds below it. Yes. "With no clouds below it".
And this is clear, as the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
You will see Him as you see the sun on a clear day with no clouds below it. ترونه كما ترون الشمس صحوًا ليس دونها سحاب
What is the intended means of seeing? With the eye.
"And as they see the moon on the night of the full moon, without being hindered in seeing it" to the end of it.
