Do not break your fast until the sun sets while you are in the air

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: By the permission of Allah the Exalted, our plane will take off from Riyadh in Ramadan approximately one hour before the Maghrib adhan. The adhan for Maghrib will be called while we are in the airspace of Saudi Arabia. Should we break our fast? And if we see the sun while we are in the air, which is the usual case, should we remain fasting and break our fast in our home country, or should we break our fast as soon as the adhan is called in Saudi Arabia?

Answer: If the plane takes off from Riyadh, for example, before the sun sets toward the west, you remain fasting until the sun sets while you are in the air, or until you land in a country where the sun has already set; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
When night falls from this side and the day vanishes from this side and the sun sets, then the fasting person should break his fast.إذا أقبل الليل من هاهنا وأدبر النهار من هاهنا وغربت الشمس فقد أفطر الصائم
