A man who forced his wife to have intercourse with him during the day in Ramadan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: A man forced his wife to have intercourse with him during the day in Ramadan several years ago, and she was seven months pregnant. What is obligatory for them? And do they sin because these years have passed?

Answer: They must repent to Allah the Exalted and make up the day along with the expiation, which is freeing a believing slave for each of them. If either of them is unable to do so, he must fast two consecutive months—sixty days. If either of them is unable to do that, he must feed sixty poor people, giving each poor person half a sa' (a dry measure of about 3 kg) of the staple food of the land, which is approximately one and a half kilograms. If she was coerced, meaning she was unable to prevent him, then she owes no expiation and no making up of the day, because the coerced person has no action.
