The ruling on staying overnight at Muzdalifah before midnight

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: What is the ruling on staying overnight at Muzdalifah before midnight?

Answer: It is obligatory for the pilgrim to stay overnight at Muzdalifah on the night of the tenth of Dhu al-Hijjah until Fajr, except for an excuse such as illness or the like. In that case, it is permissible for him and for those who attend to his affairs to depart for Mina after midnight; this is based on the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) staying overnight there during his Hajj until Fajr, and his permission for those with excuses to leave Muzdalifah for Mina after midnight.
