The ruling on one who wears sewn clothing after six circuits out of ignorance

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: A man came from Riyadh and entered the state of ihram from the miqat for 'Umrah. During the sa'y, he performed six circuits out of ignorance, then he shortened his hair, wore sewn clothing, and traveled to Jeddah. What is obligatory for him now?
As for the one mentioned, if he returns to Makkah with the intention of a new 'Umrah, intending the previous 'Umrah whose sa'y he did not complete, is there anything required of him? And what is obligatory for him now regarding the 'Umrah whose sa'y he did not complete and for which he wore sewn clothing?

Answer: The one mentioned must return to Makkah and complete the sa'y, then repeat the shortening of the hair. If he repeats the entire sa'y, that is better and more cautious, after removing the sewn clothing and wearing the clothes of ihram. He owes nothing due to ignorance, and the same applies to one who forgets; for Allah the Exalted said:
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.رَبَّنَا لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
the verse [al-Baqarah: 286]. And it is authentic from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said in explaining this verse: "Indeed, Allah the Exalted said:
He has done soقد فعلت
. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family.
