Answer:
It is not permissible to publish magazines that include the dissemination of women’s images, or the promotion of fornication and lewd acts, or sodomy, or the consumption of intoxicants, or the like of that which calls to falsehood and aids in it.
It is not permissible to work in such magazines, whether by writing or by promotion, because of the cooperation in sin and transgression involved in it, the spreading of corruption on earth, the calling to the corruption of society, and the spreading of vices.
And Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) said in His clear Book: [Al-Ma'idah: 2].
And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Abi Dawud 4609Sahih (Al-Albani). It was narrated by Muslim in his Sahih.
And he (peace and blessings be upon him) also said:Sahih Muslim 2128. It was also narrated by Muslim in his Sahih. The verses and hadiths in this meaning are numerous.

وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى الْبرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلاَ تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى الإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِAnd the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If anyone summons other to follow right guidance, his reward will be equivalent to that of the people who follow him, without their rewards being diminished in any respect on that account; and if anyone summons others to follow error the sin of which sins being diminished in any respect on that account.
من دعا إلى هدى، كان له من الأجر مثل أجور من تبعه، لا ينقص ذلك من أجورهم شيئًا، ومن دعا إلى ضلالة، كان عليه من الإثم مثل آثام من تبعه، لا ينقص ذلك من آثامهم شيئًاAnd he (peace and blessings be upon him) also said:
Two are the types of the denizens of Hell whom I did not see: people having flogs like the tails of the ox with them and they would be beating people, and the women who would be dressed but appear to be naked, who would be inclined (to evil) and make their husbands incline towards it. Their heads would be like the humps of the bukht camel inclined to one side. They will not enter Paradise and they would not smell its odour whereas its odour would be smelt from such and such distance.
صنفان من أهل النار لم أرهما: قوم معهم سياط كأذناب البقر يضربون بها الناس، ونساء كاسيات عاريات، مائلات مميلات، رؤوسهن كأسنمة البخت المائلة، لا يدخلن الجنة ولا يجدن ريحها، وإن ريحها ليوجد من مسيرة كذا وكذاWe ask Allah to guide the Muslims to that which is in their well-being and salvation, and to guide those in charge of the media and the affairs of journalism to all that is in the safety of society, and to protect them from the evils of their own souls and from the schemes of Satan; indeed, He is Generous and Bountiful.
