Repeating the word of divorce due to anger

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: From Abdulaziz ibn Abdullah ibn Baz to the honorable brother, the esteemed judge of the First Urgent Court in Madinah al-Munawwarah, may Allah guide him to all good. Amen.
Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings. After that:
O Beloved, your noble letter number (905), dated 6/5/1393 AH, has been received, may Allah guide you. It contains the information regarding the presence of the husband, M. F., his father, and his divorced wife, who are known to your eminence, as well as the confirmation of the husband’s and the wife’s fathers regarding the nature of the divorce that occurred from him. It is stated that he said to her, due to the dispute that took place between him and his father, addressing his father: "Look, she has come to you divorced, divorced, divorced, divorced, divorced." It was known that he had not divorced her before that, nor after it.

Answer: And based on that, and on the husband’s admission that he did not intend the three repetitions or any other number, but rather repeated the divorce due to the intensity of his anger.
And based on what Shaykh A. M. N., the authorized legal officer in Riyadh, informed us in his attached statement, that the marriage of the aforementioned wife to the aforementioned husband was issued by her maternal uncle, who had agency from her wali (guardian), who is her paternal cousin.
I have issued a ruling to the aforementioned husband that one divorce has taken effect on his aforementioned wife with this divorce, and he may take her back as long as she is in the waiting period ('iddah). The second phrase and those following it are considered confirmations of the first phrase, and nothing takes effect by them, as stated by the scholars and indicated by the scriptural evidence. The husband has taken her back in my presence in the company of a group of Muslims, and thus she has settled in his protection. I hope your eminence will inform her of this. May Allah reward your efforts.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
