The questioner : When I urinate and perform istinja' with water, I feel drops coming out of me, and this bothers me when performing the prayers, and these drops continue for a period. Does the water cut off doubt with certainty? Please issue a ruling on this question, knowing that I have grown weary and my chest has become narrow because of this. I hope you will answer?
The Shaykh : The questioner says he feels drops. Mere feeling is nothing, and one should not pay attention to it; rather, one should distract oneself from it and turn away from it. However, if he is certain that something is coming out, then yes, he must wash what this urine has affected on his clothing or body, and he must repeat his wudu', unless his condition is constant, meaning urine continuously comes out of him; in that case, it has a different ruling.
So we say: if you want to pray, wash the private part and what the urine has affected, then pray. Even if something comes out after that, it does not harm, but he should take precautions to the best of his ability.
