The Meaning of "Allah Does Not Look at Them Nor Does He Speak to Them" Without Figurative Interpretation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The meaning of al-Iraqi's statement: He expressed the meaning that exists at the time of looking by using the word "looking"?

Answer:
There is no explicit negation... but it is
Allah does not look at them nor does He speak to themلا ينظر الله ولا يُكلمهم
a reference to His anger toward them (peace and blessings be upon him), while affirming the attributes of looking and speaking. If He were to look and speak in a way that implies a deficiency, He would not have expressed it that way. However, looking is of two kinds: looking with love and satisfaction, and looking with anger. The same applies to speaking; a person may speak to his brother out of love, or out of anger. So the noble verse indicates that Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is angry with those who defied His command, so He does not look at them, nor does He speak to them in a way that brings them good, nor does He look at them in a way that brings them good. Rather, it is a look of anger and a look of displeasure toward them, which brings about punishment. The same applies to speaking. And He, Glorified and Exalted is He, is known to speak to all of creation on the Day of Resurrection:
There will be none among you but his Lord will speak to him, and there will be no interpreter between themما منكم من أحدٍ إلا سيُكلِّمه ربُّه ليس بينهما ترجمان
Sahih al-Bukhari 7443
, and He looks at all of creation, but it is a look befitting Him (peace and blessings be upon him), and speech befitting Him (peace and blessings be upon him), which does not resemble His creation.
Q: Is it derived from the hadith the affirmation of looking and the fruits of looking...?
A: Yes, the affirmation of looking and the affirmation of speaking, but here it is negated because of His anger toward them.
Q: Does al-Iraqi engage in figurative interpretation?
A: I do not know, I know nothing about him, and it is not far-fetched; because the doctrine of the Asha'irah prevailed over most people in the early centuries: in the fourth century and after, and only a few were safe from it.
