The reader: The author (may Allah have mercy on him) quoted: "From Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The strong-man is not one who wrestles well but the strong man is one who controls himself when he is in a fit of rage.
Sahih Muslim 2609a

And al-Sur'ah: with a dammah on the sad and a fathah on the ra, and its origin among the Arabs is one who overthrows people frequently. And from Sulayman ibn Surad (may Allah be pleased with him) who said:
I was sitting with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and two men were cursing each other, and one of them had his face turn red and his neck veins bulge, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I know a word that if he said it, what he is feeling would go away. If he said: I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan, what he is feeling would go away. So they said to him: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan
