Explanation of the words of Imam al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding what he quoted: "

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) said, in what he quoted from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The rights will be given to their owners on the Day of Resurrection, until indeed the hornless sheep will be avenged against the horned sheep.
In this hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who is the truthful and the one who confirms the truth, swore an oath without using the word “I swear.” He swore that the rights will be given to their owners on the Day of Resurrection, and that no one’s right will be lost. The right that belongs to you, if you do not obtain it in this world, you will obtain it in the Hereafter, and that is inevitable. Indeed, the hornless sheep will be avenged against the horned sheep. The hornless sheep is the one that has no horns, and the horned sheep is the one that has horns. Generally, when the horned sheep butts the hornless one, it usually harms it more. So when the Day of Resurrection comes, Allah will judge between these two sheep and avenge the hornless sheep against the horned sheep. These are beasts that do not reason and do not understand, but Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is a just Judge who wished to show His servants the perfection of His justice, even among dumb beasts, so how much more so with the children of Adam? In this hadith is evidence that the beasts will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection, and indeed so it is: every beast, everything that has a soul, will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection. Allah the Exalted said:
And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you
[Al-An'am 6:38]
nations, the nation of ants, the nation of birds, the nation of beasts, the nation of snakes, and so on.
except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing
[Al-An'am 6:38]
Everything is written, even the deeds of these beasts and insects are written in the Preserved Tablet.
We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered.
[Al-An'am 6:38]
And He the Exalted said:
(4) And when full-term she-camels are neglected (5) And when the wild beasts are gathered
[At-Takwir 81:4-5]
Everything will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection, and Allah the Exalted will judge between them with His judgment and justice, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. He will avenge the beasts against one another, and the humans against one another, and the jinn against one another, and the jinn and humans against one another, because humans may transgress against the jinn, and the jinn may transgress against humans. There is much transgression by the jinn against humans, and among the transgressions of humans against the jinn is when a person uses a bone to clean himself after relieving himself. Cleaning oneself with bones is a crime against the jinn, a transgression against the jinn, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ...
