Explanation of the words of Imam al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding what he quoted: "

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : A person should not use a bone for cleaning himself after relieving himself. Using bones for this is a crime against the jinn and an aggression upon them, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade us from using bones for cleaning and said:
the provision of your brethren among the jinn
Mishkat al-Masabih 350
The jinn find bones to be the most abundant in meat. The bones from which we eat the meat and then throw away on the ground, the jinn find them covered in meat and eat them. So if someone uses one for cleaning, he has committed an aggression against them and disgusted them. It is feared that they will harm him if he harms them in this way. In any case, on the Day of Resurrection, retribution will be taken for the oppressed from the oppressor from the good deeds of the oppressor, unless those are exhausted, in which case the sins of the oppressed will be taken and placed upon him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Who do you consider to be the bankrupt among you?
Who is the bankrupt one who has nothing? They said:
The bankrupt one is the one who has no dirham and no goods
The one who has nothing. He said:
No, the bankrupt one is the one who comes on the Day of Resurrection with good deeds like mountains
A great, enormous [debt]
He comes having struck this one and insulted that one and taken the wealth of this one, so this one takes from his good deeds, and this one from his good deeds, and this one from his good deeds. If anything remains of his good deeds, otherwise their sins are taken and placed upon him, then he is thrown into the Fire
Everything that cannot be lost; it is necessary that retribution be taken for the oppressed from the oppressor. However, if the oppressed takes his right in this world and curses the oppressor to the extent of his oppression, and Allah answers his supplication in that, then he has taken retribution from himself before he dies. Because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Mu'adh ibn Jabal:
Beware of the supplication of the oppressed for there is no barrier between him and Allah.
Sahih Muslim 19a
So the oppressed may curse his oppressor, and Allah may answer his supplication. And in that case, the taking of retribution from him ends in this world. But if he remains silent and does not pardon his brother, then retribution will be taken for him from him in the Hereafter. And success is from Allah.
The reader: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.
