It is narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed Hajj twice before the migration, and it appears that he performed it more than that.

The Shaykh : The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not perform Hajj after the migration except for this one time only. It has been mentioned that he performed Hajj twice before the migration, but the apparent view, and Allah knows best, is that he performed it more than that, because he was in Makkah and would go out during the season to call people and tribes to the religion of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), so it is unlikely that he would go out without performing Hajj.
