Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) quoted: "From Abu Qatadah al-Harith ibn Rib'i (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When I stand for prayer, I intend to prolong it but on hearing the cries of a child, I cut it short, as I dislike to trouble the child's mother. إني لأقوم إلى الصلاة وأريد أن أطول فيها فأسمع بكاء الصبي فأتجوز في صلاتي كراهية أن أشق على أمه
Sahih al-Bukhari 707
, Al-Bukhari narrated it.
And from Jundub ibn 'Abd Allah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
He who observed the morning prayer (in congregation), he is in fact under the protection of Allah and it never happens that Allah should make a demand in connection with the protection (that He guarantees and should not get it) for when he asks for anything in relation to His protection, he definitely secures it. He then throws him flatly in the Hell-fire. مَن صلى صلاة الصبح فهو في ذمة الله ، فلا يطلبنكم الله مِن ذمته بشيء ، فإنه من يطلبه من ذمته بشيء يدركه ثم يكبه على وجهه في نار جنهم
Sahih Muslim 657b
, Muslim narrated it"
