The reader: "From al-Bara' ibn 'Azib (may Allah be pleased with them both), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said regarding the Ansar:
None but the believer loves them, none but the hypocrite hates them. He who loves them loves Allah and he who hates them hates Allah. لا يحبهم إلا مؤمن، ولا يبغضهم إلا منافق، من أحبهم أحبه الله، ومن أبغضهم أبغضه الله

And from Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say:
Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, said: 'Those who love each other for the sake of My Majesty shall be upon podiums of light, and they will be admired by the Prophets and the martyrs.' قال الله عز وجل: المتحابون في جلالي ، لهم منابر من نور يغبطهم النبيون والشهداء

And from Abu Dhir al-Khawlani (may Allah have mercy on him), he said:
I entered the mosque of Damascus and saw a young man with shining teeth, and the people were with him. Whenever they differed on something, they referred it to him and followed his opinion. So I asked about him and was told: This is Mu'adh ibn Jabal. When the next morning came, I hurried to the mosque and found that he had beaten me to it. I found him praying, so I waited for him until he finished his prayer. Then I came to him from the front and greeted him. Then I said: By Allah, I love you. He said: For the sake of Allah? I said: For the sake of Allah. He said: For the sake of Allah? I said: For the sake of Allah. So he took hold of the loop of my cloak and pulled me toward him and said: Be glad, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Allah the Exalted said: My love is obligatory for those who love each other for My sake, sit together for My sake, and visit each other for My sake. دخلتُ مسجد دمشق فإذا فتى براق الثنايا ، وإذا الناس معه فإذا اختلفوا في شيء أسندوه إليه وصدروا عن رأيه ، فسألت عنه فقيل : هذا معاذ بن جبل، فلما كان من الغد هجرت فوجدته قد سبقني بالتهجير ، ووجدته يصلي فانتظرته حتى قضى صلاته ، ثم جئته من قِبَل وجهه فسلمت عليه ثم قلت: والله إني لأحبك ، فقال : آلله ؟ فقلت : آلله ، فقال: آلله ؟ فقلت: آلله ، فأخذني بحبوة ردائي فجبذني إليه فقال: أبشر فإني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: قال الله تعالى وجبت محبتي للمتحابين في، والمتجالسين في، والمتزاورين في

And from al-Miqdad ibn al-Aswad (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he said:
When a man loves his brother, he should tell him that he loves him. إذا أحبَّ الرجل أخاه فليخبره أنه يحبه

By Allah I love you, so I advise you to never forget to recite after every prayer: "Allahumma a'inni ala dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa husni 'ibadatika (O Allah, help me remember You, to be grateful to You, and to worship You in an excellent manner)." أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أخذ بيده وقال: يا معاذ ! والله إني لأحبك ، ثم أوصيك يا معاذ لا تدعن في دبر كل صلاة تقول: اللهم أعني على ذكرك وشكرك وحسن عبادتك

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Have you informed him? He said: No. He said: Inform him. So he caught up with him and said: I love you for the sake of Allah. He said: May Allah love you for the sake of which you loved me. أن رجلاً كان عند النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فمر رجل به فقال : يا رسول الله إني لأحب هذا ، فقال له النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: أأعلمته؟ قال: لا ، قال: أعلمه، فلحقه فقال إني أحبك في الله ، فقال: أحبك الذي أحببتنا له
Abu Dawud narrated it with an authentic chain"
