The ruling on one who performed 'Umrah, returned to his country, and then intended to perform Hajj?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A man in the months of Hajj performed 'Umrah, then returned to his country, then went to Hajj again. He asks: Do I have to offer a sacrificial animal or not, because I made two journeys?

Answer:
What is known among the scholars is that he does not have to offer a sacrificial animal if he returned to his family, and if he offers one as a precaution based on the apparent wording of Ibn 'Abbas, there is no harm.
Q: Is he still in the state of tamattu'?
A: As long as he has returned to his family, he becomes one who performs Hajj alone (ifrad) when he returns for Hajj.
Q: And what is the correct position?
A: The most cautious thing for him is to offer a sacrificial animal, in order to avoid the disagreement, and this is good.
