What is the ruling on being negligent in the Fajr and 'Asr prayers?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Those who are negligent, meaning they sleep through the Fajr and 'Asr prayers, do not deny them, but if they wake up, they pray them?

Answer:
If one does it intentionally, he commits disbelief for that. As for if sleep overcomes him, he should hasten to pray when he wakes up. But if he intentionally sets the time for when he goes to work, being certain that he will not pray until after the time, or if he is certain about 'Asr as well and leaves it intentionally, he commits disbelief for that.
Q: Even if it is almost daily?
The Shaykh: Even if it is, he commits disbelief from the first time, and the more he leaves it, the more his disbelief increases.
