What is the ruling on being negligent with prayer and delaying it beyond its time?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling for one who is negligent with prayer and delays it beyond its times?

Answer:
Being negligent with prayer is among the greatest of major sins and among the gravest of crimes, so it is obligatory for him to repent.
As for one who abandons it entirely, that is major shirk (associating partners with Allah), even if he does not deny its obligation.
But if he is negligent with it: sometimes he prays it with the congregation, sometimes at home, and perhaps he delays it beyond its time; this is a great crime, so one must be cautious.
