Offering advice to the brothers who experience harshness among themselves, who are from the people of the Sunnah, and whether this is a sign of evil and not a sign of good

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh: This harshness among you is a sign of evil, because if you are like this with each other, how will you be with these opponents?! And as you know of the support of Allah, Lord of the Worlds, for His speaker Moses (peace be upon him), when he went to Pharaoh, He said to him:
And speak to him with gentle speech that perhaps he may be reminded or fear [Allah]." فَقُولَا لَهُ قَوْلًا لَيِّنًا لَعَلَّهُ يَتَذَكَّرُ أَوْ يَخْشَى
[Taha 20:44]
,
And speak to him with gentle speech فَقُولَا لَهُ قَوْلًا لَيِّنًا
[Taha 20:44]
: This is the speaker of Allah with the one who claimed divinity besides Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He). I hope that I will not hear such harshness in the future, meaning among yourselves. And whenever you see your companion raising his voice, you should lower yours.
The student : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh: And do not raise your voice even if he lowers his. Be gentle with your brother, and may Allah reward you with good.
The student: Our Shaykh, they told me in front of you, the important thing is we ask...

The Shaykh: It is just talk, it is just talk: "The talk is for you, O daughter-in-law, and listen, O neighbor." The important thing is that this is advice.
The student : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh: For all our brothers, meaning.
The student : May Allah bless you.

The Shaykh: Yes.
The student: If Allah wills, the advice is acceptable.

The Shaykh : How?
The student: How does one confront tribalism, for example, or this harshness and severity in the da'wah?

The Shaykh: By Allah, my brother, there is nothing but that he should hold himself accountable, watch over his Lord, and remember these texts from the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
The student: O Shaykh, he is now telling you instead of action... if he hears some verses, he thinks that the others are affected by the same amount that he is affected by the verses and hadiths, or by standing by the Shari'ah of Allah from one of the reported hadiths.

The Shaykh: He must remember that people are not equal in their knowledge, in their morals, in their natures, and he is seeking the straightest path that the Qur'an and the authentic Sunnah have commanded.
