The meaning of the threat in the verse of the jinn for those who disobeyed Allah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
In the saying of Allah the Exalted in Surat al-Jinn:
And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger - then indeed, for him is the fire of Hell; they will abide therein forever.وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَإِنَّ لَهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا
[al-Jinn:23] As for the abiding here—may Allah forgive you—some of those who ask say: Does backbiting and talebearing fall under this?

Answer:
This is general, in the category of threat alongside faith, that whoever dies upon the oneness of Allah will not abide in the Fire, even if he enters it, and it is subject to the will of Allah; because the texts explain one another, such as what came regarding the abiding of the fornicator and the murderer, but their abiding in it, if they abide, will not be permanent, rather they have a limit in which they will come out to Paradise, and only the disbelievers will abide in the Fire.
Q: In the category of warning and admonition?
The Shaykh: In the category of warning, admonition, and threat.
