Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: From 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Baz, to the honorable brother N. M. H. (may Allah guide him to all good), amen.
Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings. As for what follows:
Your letter dated 30/11/1389 AH has reached us (may Allah guide you), and what it contained regarding the information that you were married to a woman and then divorced her, and that you wish to marry a woman who was breastfed by your ex-wife, and that your ex-wife is pregnant, and your question about the permissibility of your marriage to the aforementioned woman, was known.
And the answer: There is no objection to your marrying her after your ex-wife gives birth to her child, but before that, it is not permissible for you to marry her blood or milk sister; because she is still in the waiting period from you until she gives birth. May Allah guide everyone to understanding in His religion and steadfastness upon it; He is the best of those asked.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
