Advice for Students of Judicial Studies

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What advice do you have for your sons who are in the period of attachment, especially since they are currently occupied with studying the curriculum subjects?
I advise them to devote themselves to studying these curricula so that they digest them and gain insight into them; because by doing so, they have entered this institute and resolved to study what was assigned to them there. So I urge them to take care of the curriculum subjects entrusted to them for study, so that they complete them well and understand them well, and so that they discuss among themselves or with their professors whatever may be difficult in them, so that there is no doubt. And if they have the opportunity, let them do what they can of reading, reviewing, and referring to scholars, books of hadith, and books of tafsir, so that they increase in knowledge in this opportunity where they find time for reading and reviewing, then reviewing what may be difficult as well, so that the believer increases in knowledge along with his study.
The point is: preserving time, night and day, by taking care of the study materials, and the materials related to the judiciary or other matters, such as issues of divorce and marriage, and others that are in need of being served and known.
